BILL MURILLO
Bill Murillo is the founder of Fund IT Capital LLC, a nationwide commercial hard money new construction lender for real estate investors. Before starting the company, he consulted and partnered with several different fintech firms, lending short term capital to real estate investors.
Bill first started as a lender in March of 1992, and began his flipping, wholesaling and building career in 1996. He has over 25 years of experience as a real estate investor and hard money lender. This knowledge coupled with overseeing over 1,000 transactions including 600 flips and new construction projects provides him the valuable skills needed to analyze deals on behalf of his borrower / customers as well as investors he mentors and consults.
Years of experience have earned Bill the advantage of being funded by two different hedge funds with unlimited capital and resources to lend to qualified real estate investors. This positions his company to be able to close loans faster than typical lenders, in some cases as little as 5 days.
